Recipe: Korean Mochi Fried Chicken Nuggets

Rooster nugget. One thing I hoped for full development once I was 11 years previous. Nevertheless it doesn’t appear to be the case, as these scrumptious bites are sweeping the web! 3/4 cup of sticky rice flour.

2 tablespoons of sugar.

2 eggs.

2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

2 tablespoons of chopped ginger.

2 tablespoons of white wine (elective).

2 tablespoons of gochujang.

2 lbs rooster breast (working thighs).

3/4 cup of flour.

2 teaspoons of garlic salt.

First, lower the rooster like a nugget. Be certain that they aren’t too thick.

Subsequent, put mochiko, cornstarch, salt and sugar in a bowl and blend with a whisk.

Step 3

Third, put eggs, soy sauce, ginger, sake, gochujang, and a pair of tablespoons of water in a separate bowl and blend with a whisk till combined.

Step 4

Fourth, put the sauce and desiccant in a big plastic bag. Then put the rooster inside, seal and blend by hand (appears to be like scary, however guarantees to style nice). Marinated within the fridge for 4 hours (as much as 48 hours).

Step 5

After marinating the meat, set the oven to 400 levels. Take the nugget and coat it individually with a combination of flour and garlic salt. Subsequent, place it on the highest plate. Place within the oven for 25 minutes.

Gochujang Aioli: Materials

1 tablespoon gochujang.

1 piece of chopped garlic.

1/2 cup mayonnaise.

White miso dressing: elements

1 tablespoon of white wine (or sake).

Mirin 1/4 cup.

1/4 cup sugar.

1 tablespoon of white miso.

step 1

In a pan, combine with white wine, mirin and sugar, stir till the odor of alcohol disappears and the sauce foams, and produce to a boil. When the sauce is thick, take away it from the warmth and add the miso.
