MAKE CHILI

- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup steamed and chopped broccoli
- 1/4 teaspoon home salt
- Preheat oven to 375º-F. Line a big baking sheet with aluminum foil.
PREPARE MEATLOAF
