What you’ll want:
LAZY RICE & LENTIL BOWL #1
1 cup white rice (190g), I used Basmati
½ cup pink lentils (~90g)
2 bay leaves
2 cups water
1 cup veggie broth (250ml) = 1 cup water + 1 tsp powdered vegetable inventory
just a few handfuls of contemporary child spinach
for serving:
2-3 Tbsp tomato sauce
dietary yeast to style
→ serves 3-4
HUMMUS & RICE NOODLE SALAD
100 g rice noodles (3,5 oz)
½ cup peas, frozen ( )
a handful of greens
a handful of parsley, contemporary or frozen
1 tbsp dietary yeast
for the dressing:
2 Tbsp hummus
1 tsp tahini
juice of 1 lemon
tamari to style
further spices if ya like
→ serves 1-2
BBQ BLACK BEAN WRAPS
3-4 tortillas
hummus
greens
1 can black beans (~240g)
½ cup BBQ sauce (125ml)
avocado
dietary yeast
~ 100g bulgur wheat, raw (3,5 oz)
→ sufficient for 3-4 wraps
