SRIRACHA TOFU HAND ROLLS

2 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp liquid from pickled ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
5 sheets of sushi nori, reduce in half lengthwise to make 10 sheets
2 cups chopped cauliflower
1 massive carrot, julienned
1 cucumber, julienned
1/2 pink bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced

In a mixing bowl mix the sriracha, sesame oil, ginger liquid, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic.
