NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The thirty third Annual Fall City Level Virginia Wine Competition is coming again.
The wine competition is about to return to City Level Park alongside the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront on October 16 & 17, 2021, from 11 a.m. to six p.m. every day.
