You can use all strawberry jelly if you like, the jelly colour and flavour won’t be so intense.
Make sure you add the wine coolers gradually to avoid getting lots of foam and bubbles. If this happens, set the jug aside for a few minutes to settle. If this doesn’t help, you can scoop of the excess foam.
We used wine coolers, but you can use any sparkling wine, Champagne or Prosecco you like.
Not a fan of berries? Use other summer fruits like chopped nectarine, peaches, mango or apricot. Try and steer away from anything to acidic like pineapple or passionfruit as they will break down the jelly and prevent it from setting.
