CLEVELAND, Ohio – Parallax restaurant will maintain a wine tasting with meals pairings that includes Betz Family Winery.

• SuNu Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon.
• Betz La Serenne Syrah, Yakima Valley, Washington.
• Betz The Untold Story purple mix, Columbia Valley, Washington. (The vineyard has partnered with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and Ciara’s Why Not You Foundation to battle meals insecurity with parts of gross sales from The Untold Story.)
• Betz Pere de Famille Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley, Washington.
Guiding the tasting shall be Tim Steinke of the Washington-based vineyard, which crushed its first classic in 1997.
