RECIPES
Smoothie bowl
3 frozen bananas
2 cups frozen berries
1/4-1/2 c water
1 cup recent fruit for topping
1 tsp coconut flakes
2 tbsp granola
1 tbsp peanut butter
Mix bananas and berries by including within the water first (it’s also possible to use plant milk) high with toppings.

Quinoa Salad
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tbsp coconut aminos
3-4 cups spring greens
1/2 avocado
1/6 of a lemon, 2 tbsp coconut aminos, garlic powder
2 cups veggies to high with
Combine collectively quinoa, seasoning and coconut aminos.
Add avocado, lemon, coconut aminos and garlic powder and mash into the salad. Place quinoa combine on the facet and high with veggies.
